In 2022, I burnt out at work without realising it until I finally asked for help.

That’s when I knew I wanted to create something low-effort, natural and easy to reach for, especially on the days you feel most overwhelmed.

Kiyora was created for those moments, when you don’t have the time, energy or headspace, but still need a way to come back to yourself.
