Our Products
Our Kiyora Diffusers are made from a mineral-fused concrete blend which allows it to have several hair-like porous channels.
When essential oil blends are added directly to the diffuser, it travels through these porous channels and seeps in like a hard, dry sponge.
As the oil evaporates over time, the natural aroma travels through these several network of pores back into the surrounding. Our ripple design allows for maximising of the surface area, achieving a gentle, balanced diffuser effect that isn't over-concentrated.
Our oils contain natural cleansing compounds, so you rarely need to wash your diffuser—just air it out for 5–7 days to clear the pores.
If needed (e.g. using non-Kiyora oils or removing lingering scents):
- Add a drop of gentle dish soap
- Fill with warm (not hot) water
- Soak for 10 minutes
- Empty and rinse with warm water
- Let it fully air dry in sun for a few days before reuse
Note: Light staining may occur from natural oil pigments as we do not add any synthetics in our blends.
Yes, you can - but as our diffusers slowly absorb and release oils over up to 5 days, we recommend using separate stones for sleep and focus. Alternatively, gently clean your Kiyora and let it fully air dry before switching blends.
Everyone’s scent sensitivity is different—adjust based on your preference and those around you.
Our slow-release diffusers take time to absorb and release scent, so it won’t be strong immediately. Avoid adding extra drops too soon - you can always add more later if needed.
For reference only based on a 3x2 room:
3-4 drops: up to 3 days
4-6 drops: up to 5 days
6-8 drops - up to 8 days
Tip: Added too many drops? Place the diffuser in a closet to help freshen clothes, or use the lid to soften the scent.
Yes, all of our essential oils are 100% plant based. Our Kiyora stone is made from non-animal based materials.
Our blends contain select ingredients that are certified organic. These ingredients will be marked with an asterisk * next to it. We work closely with a certified aromatherapist as our supplier where the ingredients that have been chosen tonotbe organic, are of higher quality than the organic source for that plant.
Currently there are two ingredients in our blends that are not organic: sandalwood and may chang.
Our blends are 100% pure essential oil and do not contain any synthetics.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Metro areas: 2-5 business days after being dispatched
Regional areas: 3-8 business days after being dispatched
Please allow additional business days during holiday periods.
Free standard shipping on all orders over $150. All orders below $150 have a $15.95 flat rate.
We currently ship only within Australia.
Once your order has been placed, we aim to dispatch it within 1-3 business days. Upon dispatchment, you will receive a copy of your tracking number via email that can be used.
Refunds & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return and refund policy for goods that have been damaged or are faulty. See the policy at the bottom of the page.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on change of mind.
Return Policy
Kiyora Australia offers returns a 30-day return policy for any faulty or damaged goods from the day our item(s) are received. We currently do not offer returns for change of mind.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, you can contact us at hello@kiyora.com.au To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Returns Eligibility
1. Item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging you have received it in
2. Photos of any damaged item(s) upon delivery must be provided in the return request. This will help us investigate any packaging or courier related issues.
3. Item(s) were not marked as "Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase, unless faulty or damaged.
Upon approval of your return, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is accepted, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from the date of return approval, please reach out to us at hello@kiyora.com.au.
Damages and Faulty Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us within 7 days of delivery, including a photo and order number, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly. Kiyora Australia reserves the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet the return criteria.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges Kiyora Australia does not provide exchange services at this time.
